Description:
This started with a used AE block that we finished in ceramic embedded gloss black 500 degree heat paint.
You might send us a block to build on and the build will go something like this one did.
We had it align bored to 20 over, drilled and tapped to clean the oil gallies, clean cut the cylinder seating area, installed 10mm case savers, surfaced the relief plug bores and cleaned the block spotless.
10mm head studs not included.
A perfect, used standard/standard 4 dowel crank was polished and balanced to go inside. On that we hung Rimco rebuilt, resized, rebushed, end to end and mate balanced stock rods.
At the back we put a new stock 12 Volt flywheel & silicone fly seal with a German gland nut and large Empi washer.
A new Engle 110 cam turns (in double thrust bearings) a stock fixed timing new helical cut gear.
Rimco reground oem lifters are hand picked.
A 26mm gear, Schadek oil pump is installed on long studs.
A perfect used, no drain plug style drain plate is there with a new oil screen.
A new distributor drive pinion gear is installed with new washers and distributor tension spring.
Nylock nuts are on the mains, surrounds & oil pump.
A perfect used steel cam drive gear and a new distributor drive gear is on the crank with new spring clip & oil slinger.
