Scat 5.5" vw journal rods. Scat Lube-A-Lobe lifters. Scat C-45 cam set @ full advance. Scat hex head relief plunger hardware & stock springs.
Empi windage tray. Empi straight cut steel gears.
Empi hd oil pump. We set the pump shaft for maximum penetration into the cam slot.
An Empi chrome drain plate w/ magnetic drain plug, chrome dip stick and a new oil screen are included.
New main bearings, rod bearings & single thrust cam bearings. New nylocks and plated washers throughout. Empi plain fuel pump blockoff. Empi chrome dist clamp holds a new Empi 009 using a Compu-Fire drop in ignition kit.
A Scat chromoly lightend flywheel is held on with a Scat chromoly gland nut & washer. Silicone fly seal. A Scat stock size aluminum degreed sand sealed pulley is on the front with a chrome bolt & washer. Scat 145,000 psi chromoly head stud kit.
Mahle 94 jug set, balanced, ringed with Grants & Total Seal gapless 2nds, teflon buttons, Perf Products 40 x 35.5 dual spring heads, chromoly retainers, long plug reach bores & 9.44:1 compression ratio.
Stock pushrod tubes with Empi silicone seals. Stock painted cool tins. Empi swivel feet w/ hd nuts, Scat 1.25:1 ratio chromoly rockers, Scat chromoly Manton cut to fit p-rods, Scat chromoly bolt together rocker shafts, new rocker blocks, Empi bolt on finned valve covers, drilled & tapped with 1/2" vent barbs. An adapter sits on top for connecting to a remote cooler via 1/2" barbs.
Empi chrome cyl tin, Empi chrome fan shroud, used black backing tin, Empi chrome front alt tin, USA made black pulley, Empi chrome nut & spacer. Stainless alt strap holds a new Bosch 51 amp alt to an Empi chrome alt stand.
Scat welded, balanced & plated fat fan throws cooling air.
Dual Empi 44 HPMX carbs, 2 1/2" steel velocity stacks & hexbar linkage.
Washable gauze 4 1/2 x 7 x 3 1/2 air filters. Bosch WR7DP plugs get fire from a Compu-Fire 35,000 volt coil via black 8mm Taylor Spiro Pro plug wires.
